It seems that every night at about the same time, students get hungry, either because they study hard, they party hard, or both. Two students at the University of Pennsylvania realized that when they got hungry at night, nothing was open. Baking late night cookies for friends turned into delivering cookies and milk around campus and Insomnia Cookies was born in 2003. Whether a student or not, you don't have to order a greasy pizza when you get hungry anymore- order delicious fresh baked cookies and milk instead.
