The Village is full of surprises. Turn the corner and you may be struck with an incredibly unique building or street. From the narrowest house in Manhattan to the former home of Wanamakers. Enjoy this exploration of some of the Village’s amazing architecture.

Head out on the wast Side with a trip to the Ottendorfer Library, the first free public library in the City. Head west passed Cooper Union and cross onto 8th Street into the heart of the Village. You’ll see a mix of brick walk-ups and stucco façade buildings. When you cross 6th Avenue you’ll be met by the twisting streets and hidden alleys where authors and painters still roam.
